Kid Toque

Cooking is part of our history and our heritage, as such and for generations, knowledge and know-how have been passed on from generation to generation. Today, due to our way of life, this transmission is gradually being lost….less time, more ease and access to ready-made things.
Kid Toque, wants to respond to this and offer families and younger generations the opportunity to reconnect with the transmission, this is close to my heart, for several reasons, but the first of all will be to pay tribute to the one that taught me everything, or almost… My Grandmother.
Thanks to educational materials adapted to each age group, we can meet this need and teach younger generations to choose better, to consume better and to make our way of life compatible with the pleasure of cooking.
The planet asks us to refocus on the essentials, we respond to this with a policy of respect for short circuits, the opportunity to discover the richness of our terroir, respect for seasonality, and techniques allowing us to approach cooking " Zero waste”.
But let's not forget the link with the family, where each child will share their experience around one of their creations, which they can take home! The "parents/children" workshops will also offer the opportunity for a privileged moment around a common achievement. Finally, and this is the main thing! It is also and above all about learning and discovering while having fun.

DISCOVERY WORKSHOPS

  • Our first preparations, counting and calibrating simple recipes, doing funny experiments!!!!

"LITTLE CHEF" WORKSHOPS

From 8 to 12 years old
  • We push the technique, beginning of autonomy, realization of complex recipes, choice of ingredients, products, the first creations

ADVANCED WORKSHOPS

From 12 years old
  • Elaborate techniques, cooking, contests where everyone wins! we develop creativity, inventiveness, by adopting professional knowledge, we develop our own recipes.

PARENT/CHILD WORKSHOPS

From 6 to 8 years old
